Kardia Christian Academy, a private Christian school located in northwest Houston, Texas, was first established as a ministry of Windwood Church in 1998 under the leadership of Michelle Asous. The Watsons took on the challenge of developing the Academy and the name was changed to Kardia in 2015.
As a ministry of Windwood Church, Kardia:
- equips the next generation to know and grow a personal relationship with Jesus Christ
- helps students discover the joy of life-long learning
- develops excellence in servant leadership with an emphasis on emotional intelligence
- provides experiential opportunities through STEAM, electives, and academics
- partners with families to help each student reach their God-given potential.
