The Eagle Way

The Eagle Way

Excellence – Work willingly at whatever you do, as though you were working for the Lord than for people. – Colossians 3:23

Attitude – Do everything without complaining and arguing, so that no one can criticize you.  Live clean, innocent lives as children of God. – Philippians 2:14, 15

Grow Instead, we will speak the truth in love, growing in every way more and more like Christ. – Ephesians 4:1

Leadership – Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others.  Be humble thinking of others as better than yourselves. – Philippians 2:3

Empathy – Finally, all of you should be of one mind.  Sympathize with each other.  Love each other as brothers and sisters. – 1 Peter 3:8

KARDIA CREED

I am a student at Kardia Christian Academy.

I will honor God in the things I say and in the things I do.

I will listen to and follow instructions like on a mission.

I will be loyal to our school and accept the challenge
to be the best that I can be:

Enthusiastic, respectful, cooperative, and committed
to learning and caring for others.

THE EAGLE CODE

  • We finish what we start.
  • We stand for what matters, even if we stand alone.
  • We end each day knowing we gave it everything we had.
  • We know challenges come with pain, but pain will not win.
  • We have a passion to do what’s right even when it’s hard.
  • Being an Eagle isn’t in our clothes, it’s our character.
  • We dream God-sized dreams.
We are Eagles.

THE EAGLE WAY

Five values. One way of living.

Being a Kardia Eagle means pursuing excellence while becoming more like Christ—in our attitude, our growth, our leadership, and the way we care for others.

E

Excellence

Give God your best.

Whatever we do, we approach it wholeheartedly—academically, spiritually, and personally.

“Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart.” Colossians 3:23

Attitude

Choose gratitude over complaining.

A Kardia Eagle responds to challenges with self-control, humility, and a Christ-centered perspective.

“Do everything without grumbling or arguing.” Philippians 2:14–15

Grow

Keep becoming more like Christ.

We pursue growth in wisdom, truth, character, relationships, and our walk with God.

“Speaking the truth in love, we will grow.” Ephesians 4:15

Leadership

Lead by serving others.

True leadership begins with humility—putting others before ourselves and using our gifts to make a difference.

“In humility value others above yourselves.” Philippians 2:3
E

Empathy

Love people well.

We seek to understand one another, show compassion, and care for others as brothers and sisters in Christ.

“Be like-minded, be sympathetic, love one another.” 1 Peter 3:8
