We exist to make disciples of Jesus Christ through a biblical school environment that prepares students to glorify God spiritually, academically, and socially.

Purposefully, our staff is a collective of Christian thinkers, innovators, creatives, and parents on a mission to educate tomorrow’s leaders for Christ.

Therefore, the staff member must be like-minded spiritually and embody our school’s mission and values; be supportive of our school policies and educational philosophies; employ creative and engaging approaches to instruction; and demonstrate empathy toward students of all levels of abilities and learning styles.
