Annual Tuition

Registration fees includes school supplies, curriculum, and technology.

During Online Enrollment, each family will select a Payment Plan relative to methods and timing of payments via FACTS Tuition Management.

Tuition may be paid:

  • in one lump sum on or before September 1 (for a 2% discount),
  • in two payments on or before September 1, and January 1, or
  • in ten monthly payments beginning August 1, and ending May 1.
  • in a new 9‑month payment plan.

We are pleased to introduce a new 9‑month tuition payment plan for the 2026–2027 school year.
 – Payments are made August–December and February–May
 – No tuition payment in January

This option provides families with additional flexibility due to registration fees coming out in January.

Note: Students enrolling after the first full month of school will receive prorated tuition based on months remaining in the school year. The Registration Fee will not be prorated at any time.

New Tuition Contract Policy

Beginning with the 2026–2027 school year, all enrollment packets will include a Tuition Contract outlining financial responsibilities in the event of withdrawal.

 Please review the following policy carefully:

  • Withdrawals After September 1:
    Families will be responsible for paying the remainder of the fall semester’s tuition through December.
  • Withdrawals After January 15:
    Families will be responsible for paying the remainder of the spring semester’s tuition through May.

There are no exceptions to this policy. This contract helps us maintain clear and consistent enrollment expectations for all families.

Payment options available are automatic bank draft and debit/credit card.

Note: Debit/Credit card payments incur a 2.85% processing fee.

Tuition payments are remitted through FACTS for an annual fee of $20-50, based on number of payments.

Note: FACTS assesses a $30 fee for any returned payments.

​Incidental Charges (billed separately each month through FACTS) include but are not limited to: Red Chapel Polo Embroidery, Field Trips, Late Arrival/No Lunch Fees, and Before Care tuition.

We offer before and after school care throughout the school year. Days and times flexible upon your choosing within the provided timeframes.

Drop-ins are allowed, but require a 24-hour notice, as we are required to maintain a student/teacher ratio. Limited space is available. Drop-ins are $25/day but please note the rate will double if we do not receive proper notice.
